Our Purpose
To provide a great service to our customers and to know that we are feeding our staff’s families, our own family and also feeding even more families through targeting kiwi kids in need through www.eatmylunch.co.nz
We have started our own initiative called #1van1kidslunch for every van we have on the road we will provide a child a school lunch. Kids in our own backyard of Christchurch are going to school with no lunch and we are so grateful to be able to help this amazing charity and those kids so they can learn, as knowledge is power.
- The JMW Story
As told by our directors, Pedro (Wayne) and Megan Denison
We started this business because we had a driving urge to do things better than what we had seen around us over many years. We also wanted to be able to provide for our family, and to treat our staff and our customers how we wanted to be treated ourselves.
We had to come up with a name this was tricky, then when we realised we are doing this for our own children so that is where the JMW comes in! We started with one van and one man with a dream to have a few employees so Pedro didn’t have to ‘work on the tools’ eventually. We now have 3 employees and are looking to take this further. What most excites us about being in business however is the ability to be able to help you the customer with your electrical needs and also be able to help provide for a kiwi kids in need within our local community and neighbourhood. We feel very privileged to be in this situation to be able to do this and are grateful to all of our customers who are making this possible for us to achieve.
